To request a refund, submit an inquiry online with the name and order number. When contacting us, please include any further details relating to the order you have purchased so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied with your Forty Fore Golf experience. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be honored if the merchandise is unworn with original tags attached. Must ship back at your cost to address P.O. Once shipped, check your email for the status of your order along with attached tracking number. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification with order info. Note that we are not responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier.

All orders ship within 24-48 hours and depending on shipping method transit takes typically 3-10 business days. Orders placed Friday will not get shipped out until Monday (excluding weekends and holidays).

 All returns/exchanges that are purchased, need to be processed within our 30-day return period.

To begin your return, please have your name, order number and other purchase details available when submitting an inquiry through our contact page. The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping charges to be sent back to PO BOX 139 Yucaipa.
